Apart from providing beautiful, romantic, fun, and stress-free weddings, we at Elope Flagstaff are passionate about supporting our local economy, being ecologically conscious, and supporting the belief that all love is equal.
Above all, we aim to be warm, real people for your wedding day. You are putting a lot of trust in us to be a part of one of the best days of your entire life. We aren’t just providing your wedding, we are advocating for you every step of the way.
Elope Flagstaff was created because we believed there was a better way to do weddings – less stress, just as beautiful, more customization. We don’t believe in going into massive debt just to say, “I do.”

Brooke Silva
Founder/Co-Owner
Brooke Silva started Elope Flagstaff in January of 2023. She got the idea when planning her own wedding in Asheville, NC. which was performed by her long-time friend and founder of Elope Asheville, Jon-Paul Brown. She had such an awesome experience with the small, elopement style wedding that was low-budget and low-stress that she wanted to extend this same model to her hometown of Flagstaff, AZ.
Tony Silva
Officiant/Co-Owner
Tony is co-owner of Elope Flagstaff and is the Lead Officiant. He has been winning people over with this gregarious personality and charming smile for over 60 years, and is the perfect person to perform your ceremony. Whatever your ideal ceremony is for your big day, Tony is sure to make that happen.
Shelley Silva
Photographer/Co-Owner
Shelley is co-owner of Elope Flagstaff and is the Lead Photographer. In her free time, she is a botanist and avid lover of the outdoors. She has a special eye for getting the perfect photo and has a light and calming demeanor and takes the time to get to know you and put you at ease to get the most natural shots. Shelley is sure to make both you and background shine, getting your pictures you can enjoy for a lifetime.
